No! However, if you do have weights, you’ll be able to select Group Power, our strength training workout, when that option is available. For those without strength training equipment, a different program will be offered on that day. If you’re interested in purchasing a weight set, a step, dumbbells or more, click here.
That’s perfect. We created 10-minute workouts to help people – new and renewed exercisers, in particular – feel successful. But they’re also great for experienced exercisers who are time-crunched or want to try a new style of exercise.
Yes! It’s enough to get into your movement groove, to familiarize your body with new movements, to break a sweat, to wake up, or even to wind down at the end of the day! We think 10 minutes is the perfect gateway workout, because once you feel confident with one 10-minute workout, maybe you’ll try another style, or stack a couple together, or move on to a 30-minute or 60-minute workout!
