SUBSCRIPTIONS, FREE TRIALS, BILLING and CANCELLATION
Subscription - Your MOSSA On Demand subscription, which begins with a free trial, will continue and automatically renew unless and until you cancel your subscription or we terminate it.
Differing Subscriptions MOSSA On Demand may offer various subscription plans, including promotional plans or subscriptions with different conditions. Any differing terms from those described in this Agreement will be disclosed at your sign up or in other communications made available to you. To find specific details on your subscription, click on the “My Account" link. We reserve the right to modify, terminate or amend our offered subscription plans.
Free Trials - If you qualify, your subscription starts with a free trial. The free trial period of your subscription lasts for the days specified in the trial, starting with the day you created your account and have access to the MOSSA On Demand service. Free trials are for new and active subscribers. We reserve the right to determine your free trial eligibility. At the end of the free trial period for your subscription, the billing cycle will begin and your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel prior to the end of the free trial period. To view the specific details of your subscription, visit our website and click on the “My Account” page. We may authorize your Payment Method through various methods, including authorizing it up to one month of service as soon as you register.
Billing - Starting your MOSSA On Demand subscription and providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge you a monthly membership fee at the then current rate and any charges you may incur in connection with your use of the MOSSA On Demand service. You acknowledge that the amount billed each month may vary from month to month for reasons that may include differing amounts due to promotional offers, including promotional redemptions, and/or changing or adding a plan, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for such varying amounts, which may be billed in one or more charges.
Subscription Price Changes - We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms of Use, any price changes applicable to your account will take effect on the next billing period following our email notice to you of the price changes.
No Refunds - Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Following any cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period. At any time, we may process a refund, discount, or credit per consideration. The decision to provide them is at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision in one instance does not entitle you those options in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide refunds, discounts, credit, in the future, under any circumstance.
Payment Methods - When you create your MOSSA On Demand account, you will provide information and authorization regarding your payment method. You may edit your payment information by visiting our website and clicking on the “My Account” link. If a payment is not successful, due to insufficient funds, expiration, or otherwise, and you do not edit your payment method information or cancel your account, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts and authorize us to continue billing the payment method as it may be updated. This may result in a change to your payment billing dates. For certain payment methods, the issuer of your payment method may charge you a foreign transaction fee or other charges. Check with your payment method service provider for details.
Cancellation - There is no cancellation fee. You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will continue to have access to the service through the end of the monthly billing period. NO refunds or credit is provided for partial month or unwatched time during that period. If your purchase originated through our website, to cancel, login to your account and navigate to the "My Account" page. From there, click on Billing. In the Billing view, locate the active subscription and click on Change Plan. Then click on Cancel Membership. If your purchase originated through an app purchase, you must cancel through the app through which the subscription was purchased. Once you cancel the subscription, your account will close automatically at the end of that current billing period.
ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD
You are responsible for your MOSSA On Demand account. Your control of your account is through your password. You maintain exclusive control and you should not reveal your account username and password to anyone. You are fully responsible for updating and maintaining the truth and accuracy of your account information. Always be aware of any communication requesting that you submit your information or credit card as that can result in identity theft. Always access your account information by going directly through the MOSSA On Demand website and not through any other link listed in an email or outside website, even if it looks official. We reserve the right to place your account on hold anytime with or without notification to you, in order to protect ourselves, and our partners from potential fraudulent activity. We are not obligated to credit or discount your subscription for account holds.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
We claim intellectual property rights to and benefits associated with the ownership of all MOSSA On Demand content and trade secrets associated therewith. Any unauthorized broadcasting, public performance, copying or re-recording in any manner is strictly prohibited.

GENERAL TERMS
Our Legal Terms shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in the United States and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States without regard to conflict of law principles. In addition, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. Any cause of action by you with respect to our Website, must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred. Should any part of our Legal Terms be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
