Acceleration and speed challenges are strategically situated throughout your sweat sesh’ that propel you from slow to go, all with the aim of making your body more resilient…no matter what you take on! You’ll be running all the red lights while road-tripping to multi-genre hit songs, like Keith Urban’s Superman, Dua Lipa’s Levitating, and a rock remake of I Think We’re Alone Now.

Here is what our testers had to say about this workout ...

  • Happy music = (not so?) happy legs in Strength! Trumpets were playing, legs were blaring!

  • Cardio Blast…are we done? I think we’re done. I’m getting water. Wait, we’re not done!

  • The Tuck Jumps in Cardio Blast made us feel like we could FLY! And the song Turbulence predicted rough air on the way to our final cardio peak!

  • The Bridge work to the Conditioning song Dust turned my glutes and hamstrings to ashes!
