Anyone who needs a softer approach to fitness—whether due to injury, chronic pain, aging, or stress. It’s ideal for beginners, older adults, or anyone in a healing or rebuilding phase.
What makes it different from other workouts?
TLC focuses on intention over intensity. The sessions are calming, restorative, and free of high-impact movement—built to care for your joints, muscles, and nervous system.
How long are the sessions?
Most sessions range from 5 to 20 minutes. They're easy to fit into your day and flexible enough to use as standalone routines or active recovery between workouts.
Do I need equipment?
