You Get the First Move

Be part of a special sneak preview of the workouts before their worldwide release in health clubs, gyms, and YMCAs. You get to move to the rehearsal recordings of 10 workouts during our recent Film Fest. These rehearsals are the accumulation of hundreds of hours of development for each workout; which include music selection, exercise and movement programming, music editing and sound engineering, and three weeks of field testing to thousands of participants to ensure your enjoyment, motivation, and results. You get to go behind the scenes and experience the 10 rehearsals before their official filming and production. 


This will be a one-time showing played exclusively on MOSSA On Demand.
